The service

LessonPaid helps private teachers schedule lessons and send reminders and invoices. LessonPaid is not a party to any agreement between a teacher and their students or families, and does not collect or hold payments for lessons.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for having permission to email the parents you add. Don't use LessonPaid to send spam or unlawful content.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After that LessonPaid costs $15/month, billed by Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Subscription page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

Founding Studio Pass (lifetime access)

The Founding Studio Pass is a one-time payment that gives one teacher account access to LessonPaid, including features added later, for as long as LessonPaid operates, with no recurring fee. It is limited to 50 accounts and is non-transferable. If we ever shut LessonPaid down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and help you export your data.

60-day money-back guarantee

If you bought the Founding Studio Pass and aren't happy, email hello@lessonpaid.com within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Your account then returns to the free trial / monthly plan.

Availability

We work hard to keep LessonPaid running but provide it "as is", without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.
